1. General Questions
All sales are final unless the product is received damaged, is misprinted, or there is a size mismatch versus what was ordered. If you have proof of a product meeting that criteria, please send all info to help@equalitymade.com. You can also review our return policy.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website. If it's been more than 5-7 business days since placing your order and you still haven't received a tracking number, please contact us at help@equalitymade.com.

2. Product Questions
There is a size chart available on every product page, regardless of product type. Simply click the "Find your size" button to the right of the size selection. Our classic tees and long size tees and pre-shrunk and true-to-size, while our organic tees are NOT pre-shrunk and tend to run small. It's recommended that you order a size up.

All of our products are printed, packaged and shipped within the USA. The physical "blank" (the item before it's been printed), is often sourced from outside of the USA.

3. Payment Questions
The line item for your purchase will contain our URL "equalitymade.com", or our brand name "Equality Made".
We currently support Visa, PayPal, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
4. Donation Questions
We use a donation program called Conscious Cart by Goodszilla to facilitate donations. Conscious Cart is a trusted partner of the PayPal Giving Fund. Their fully-automated charity donation disbursement process means the charities we support receive funds as intended and in a timely manner.

In general, we donate 20% of the subtotal of a purchase to a selected charity. The default charity we give to is Amnesty International USA, though this can be changed by clicking "Update Charity" within a product page to select one of our other supported causes.
5. Shipping Information
We currently only ship within the United States.
We typically need 1-3 business days to get your order ready before shipping.

Economy Shipping:
4-8 business days (5-11 business days including processing)

Standard Shipping:
2-5 business days (3-8 business days including processing)
If you purchased different types of products, such as a t-shirt and a long-sleeve shirt, they are likely to be shipped separately. Like products will generally be shipped together. Because of this, orders may arrive on different days.
